Parmesan Asparagus
I love asparagus so much, like the bundles you buy from the grocery store are gone in one sitting between my fiancé and I. Especially when it is cooked like this... perfectly crisp in the oven and full of garlic parmesan flavor, I seriously can not get enough!
I can remember as a kid, I would sneakily throw my asparagus away when my mom would make it (sorry mom), but as I grew older I fell in love with vegetables. Almost every meal I make has some kind of veggie that I have just tossed in the oven. Cooking veggies like this is so easy and SO tasty!
Fun Tip: rather than cutting the ends of the asparagus off with a knife, you can just snap them off. The asparagus will naturally snap where you should be cutting it.
Be generous with the garlic and parmesan, your tastebuds will thank you.
And in just 20 minutes, the asparagus will come out looking like perfection. See? Perfection.
