Cilantro Crema
Every time I made tacos (before this cilantro crema), I was constantly searching for a sauce to add to my tacos other than hot sauce. I LOVE cilantro, but I know people either love it or they hate it. So, obviously if you are a hater, do not make this sauce. But, if you are a lover, prepare to drown your tacos in this sauce.
I am usually not a fan of sour cream, but the sour cream is necessary in this recipe to give it that creamy base. Plus, the cilantro flavor hides the sour cream flavor pretty well.
You will need salt and chili powder for this recipe, but apparently I was too excited to make it to remember to get the right kind of pictures. Whoops!
Fun Fact: This blender was my mom's and is probably about 35 years old. Waiting for our wedding, so we can register for a new one (AKA we are cheap). But, it still gets the job done!
Do NOT forget the lid!
